Inspection Dates: Auction items are available to view prior to the auction by during the following open house times: Thursday, April 8, 2021, from 1 PM - 5 PM Monday, April 19, 2021, from 2 PM - 5 PM Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from 9 AM - 12 PM Items are located at 603 Broad Street South Ellaville, GA 31806 Pickup of Auction Purchases: First and foremost, NO pickup will be allowed without a PAID IN FULL invoice. Pickups will be handled on a first come first served basis and wait times can sometimes be long. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pack and remove all items from the auction site. Weeks Auction Group will not provide assistance with packing, lifting, or loading.  Weeks Auction Group nor the seller will be responsible for any items broken during purchaser’s load out. Please bring you own boxes and packing material. In order to protect the items and the property of the seller, the load out will be curbside pick up only. All items will be delivered to the purchaser vehicle, however, we will not be responsible for the loading of the items. Pick-up for items included in this series of auctions will be at 603 Broad Street South Ellaville, GA 31806 during the following times: Load Out Times will be: Monday, May 10, 2021, from 2 PM - 5 PM Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from 10 AM - 5 PM Wednesday, May 12, 2021m from 10 AM - 5 PM Please contact Cameron Morris for further questions (229) 881-764 Pickup must occur on the days designated above. Due to the huge volume of items being sold, we will not be able to allow bidders to leave items onsite between auctions. Purchases not picked up on the dates above may be subject to a storage or transfer fee. Please be mindful that pickup of items following the auction is often the most stressful time of the auction process. Weeks Auction Group personnel will be onsite to facilitate a smooth and orderly pickup. We ask that all purchasers be respectful and realize that the safety and security of your auction purchases are of utmost importance. Shipping: Purchases not received in person may be shipped at the purchaser's request. Once payment in full for the items is received Weeks Auction Group shipping can be arranged.
